How to submit a request
Email [email protected] from the email associated with your CORDKIN TV test account, if applicable. Put CORDKIN TV account deletion in the subject and identify the account username or email. We may need reasonable verification before acting on a request.
Do not send passwords, IPTV provider credentials, access tokens or payment-card numbers.
Data covered
Depending on the final service design, requests may affect your account details, provider connection references, recording schedules and media, account-linked viewing metadata and other associated app records. Some security, billing or compliance records and backup copies may need to remain temporarily where permitted or required by law. Exact production retention periods will be published before launch.
External subscriptions
Deleting a CORDKIN TV account does not delete your independent IPTV provider account or necessarily cancel an app-store subscription. Use the relevant provider or platform's cancellation process.
